Open source

Some of what we build belongs to everyone.

Small tools we needed ourselves, released in the open. Read the source, build it yourself, or download a ready-to-run version and be going in a minute.

Token Meter

See what your AI coding tools actually cost.

A native macOS menu-bar app that reads your Claude Code, Codex CLI, and local Ollama logs and turns them into token counts, cost estimates, and history — entirely on your own Mac. No account, no telemetry.

Why we do it

Open by default, where it makes sense.

Not everything needs to be a product. Some things are just useful — so we publish them, source and all.

Nothing to take on trust

Every line is public. If a tool reads your files, you can check exactly what it does with them before you ever run it.

Local-first

These tools do their work on your machine. No account to make, nothing uploaded, no telemetry going anywhere.

A real codebase to learn from

Students on our teams ship into these repositories — public code, public history, public review.
