Terms of Service
Last updated July 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of the UniChat Dev website. Our products are provided under their own separate terms, shown within each product.
Using this site
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
This site is informational — it presents the studio and the products we build. Signing up for, downloading, or paying for any product happens under that product's own terms on its own site or store listing.
We use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics that run only if you allow them. How that works, and how to change your choice at any time, is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt or attack it, scrape it at scale, misrepresent your affiliation with the studio, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
The form on our Join page is there for genuine pitches and applications. Please don't use it to send advertising, bulk or automated submissions, malicious content, or anything you don't have the right to send. It is rate-limited, and we may block submissions that look automated or abusive.
What you send us
You keep ownership of the ideas and materials you send us through the form or by email. Sending us a pitch doesn't transfer any rights in it, and it doesn't create a partnership, employment, or confidentiality relationship on its own — if you need something kept confidential, say so before you send it.
You do give us permission to read, store, and discuss your submission internally so we can evaluate it and reply.
We may be working on, or later develop, ideas that resemble something you send us. Where we do so without using your submission, we're free to continue.
Intellectual property
The UniChat Dev name, logo, site design, and content are owned by the studio. Product names and logos belong to their respective products. You may not use them without permission, except for ordinary fair reference.
Third-party links and products
The site links to product sites, app stores, and other third-party destinations. We don't control those, and we're not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniChat Dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at UniChat Dev's principal place of operation, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Questions? Email info@unichat.dev.
